Hotmail accounts issue

As you might be aware, over the past month or so, emails from do-it.org.uk to hotmail users were being blocked by hotmail's filtering system.

We are happy to announce that this issue has now been resolved.

Users registered with hotmail accounts are now able to:

• Receive their passwords when they first set up an account on do-it.org.uk;
• Receive confirmation of any applications they have submitted via do-it.org.uk;
• Receive confirmation of any updates to their profile.

Partners using a hotmail account to receive volunteer applications from do-it.org.uk will now start receiving applications again. We will endeavour to retrieve and send to you any applications that were undelivered because of the filtering issues.

We apologise for the inconvenience this situation has caused our users and partners.
